HOW TO FORMAT SYMBIAN PHONE

METHOD 1:Press *#7370# as phone number

                        OR
METHOD 2:
 The conditions necessary for method 2 are:
(a) you must have at least 3/4 of your battery
(b)backup the files on the memory card
(c) when conditions (a) and (b) are met, you can now switch off the phone
(d) press and hold

• green dial key
• * star key
• the number 3 key at the same time

(Hold all the three at a time)

then switch on the phone while still holding the keys...
If the conditions above are met, and every step is followed as described; then, i am very sure that your phone would be formatted, and completely returned to the status it was when it was new.
