BBM not working well on some Android phones-Solution

Lately, Blackberry Mobile BBM users on Techno Android Phones were having some issues with the app. This ranges from BBM app not working properly on tecno Android phone, with manifestations that includes: displaying on portrait instead of landscape,(turn your phone upside-down before you use BBM), not receiving ping as at when due etc...It has also been observed that this occurred on tecno Q1 most times..
Well, If you are in such category, there is a solution for you, and i have come with that solution, Just follow the simple step stated below:

    STEPS
Visit Google play store and download this software called SET ORIENTATION
    Run and install it.
    Then click on Set Orientation and your BBM will be normal.

NOTE: The use of VPNs like Droidvpn/Openvpn in setting up BBM can cause issues, try to install your BBM with normal data bundle/plans then after installation you can switch back to your VPN.
