In my last post, i told you about how you can browse free on mtn using your-freedom.I also talked about the limitations- like 6hours per day, low speed, etc- you tend to experience with your-freedom as a free user. But today, i am glad to tell you that you can now surf the internet without any limitation at a very great speed using privoxy.
Privoxy is one of the latest browsing softwares in town for PC Users, it's extremely loaded and browse faster.Privoxy is a good tunneling package that allows you to bypass IP, meaning that it allows you to freely surf the internet anonymously.
WHERE DO I START FROM?
--Download Privoxy-click here OR click here
1.Unzip the downloaded file.unzip the application.Extract it into a New Folder.
2.Open the folder,locate a file named "Match-All",right click on it and click the "Open with Option"-- choose Notepad.
NOTE:You must be Connected to the Internet before Opening it, Connect your Pc to the Internet through your Phone using Bluetooth or Cable or use your MTN Modem

3.In the notepad file,search for +add-header{X-Forwarded-For: 60.76.118.97} \ , change the IP Address 60.76.118.97 inside to any functional IP of your choice.I use 69.63.189.11
4. Also Look for +add-header{Host: www.mtnonline.com} \, and change the Host to or loaded.mtnonline.com
Now your Host will look like this: +add-header{Host: wap.mtnonlineplay.com} \ OR like this +add-header{Host: loaded.mtnonline.com} \
HOW TO GET FUNCTIONAL IP ADDRESSES
5.get ip address of sites from http://www.hcidata.info/host2ip.cgi
6.type the site you want(e.g.www.yahoo.com), enter and get the ip
7.Replace the IP in STEP 3 with the IP you see in STEP 6 above and save the Notepad.
i.e 2go IP=196.35.163.112, then +add-header{X-Forwarded-For: 60.76.118.97} \ BECOMES +add-header{X-Forwarded-For: 196.35.163.112} \
NOTE:The speed with which you browse depends on the speed of the IP you use because site speed varies.Thus i advice that you use IP of sites that offer chatting service like that of 2go, facebook, myspace,gtalk, google etc.
4.Look into the Privoxy Folder and Open the File with the P Icon, it will open with notepad and nothing is inside it, don't Worry, just minimize it.
THE NEXT STEP IS TO CONFIGURE YOUR BROWSER.
Please note that it is better to use Mozilla Firefox Browser, because it works perfectly with privoxy.
HTTP Proxy: 127.0.0.1 | PORT: 8118
SSL Proxy: 127.0.0.1 | PORT:8118
Save it & Enjoy Free Browsing on your PC.

2.You can check the Privoxy File you Open with P Icon, you will notice that when you open it before browsing with it, it was blank but now it has something inside
2.As at the time of writing this post, privoxy PC free browsing works.It works very well late in the night from 11:30pm to 8:00am.
3.You can open secured sites like gmail, yahoomail via www.work-surf.info
4.Works better on Mozilla
